Grietens

Set up Grietens with your AI

Grietens connects a factory's files, systems and machines in one place: spreadsheets and order lists, an ERP or webshop, and machine signals and cameras. It sorts and links everything by itself, so the owner can ask his own AI (Claude, ChatGPT) about his factory: what is late, what holds up finished orders, what changed. It never controls a machine and never deletes data.

The quickest way: ask your AI

Tell Claude or ChatGPT:

Set my factory up on Grietens. Read https://app.grietens.cloud/llms.txt and guide me step by step.

Your AI either sets it up itself, or gives you a link to a Grietens page where you press one button. Then you add Grietens to your AI app and it walks you through five short steps. You make your own login later; nothing is lost.

Or start here

Create my factory workspace

Or add the connector yourself

  1. Add https://app.grietens.cloud/api/v1/mcp as a custom connector. In Claude: Customize (in older apps: Settings) → Connectors → Add custom connector → name it "Grietens", paste the address → Add → Connect. A Grietens page opens: click Connect.
  2. In ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings → turn on Developer mode → Create → name it "Grietens", paste the address, choose OAuth → Create → Connect. A Grietens page opens: click Connect.
  3. On the Grietens page: I'm new to Grietens (one click, account later) or I'm a Grietens customer (sign in, or create a full account).

The five steps

  1. Name the factory.
  2. Add the Grietens link to the AI app, so every chat reaches the factory (no account needed).
  3. Send a first file or list (an order list, a cutting list, a stock sheet).
  4. Ask one question and get the answer from that data.
  5. Claim the account when ready: own email, password, and the data terms. Nothing is lost.

Your AI can read your factory's data, add new records, keep what it learns about your machines, products, customers and orders (every change can be undone) and propose changes that wait for your tap. It never controls a machine and never deletes data. Data terms · llms.txt
